I am in the real estate niche dealing with homeowners seeking to sell their pad. Oooops now you know I am an older guy back from the 60's ....i referred to house as PAD...

Don't become a Google Slave then. Go for people that are fanatic about owning real estate. hint: Google will follow users because they make them money. So go after the users (human eyeballs) and Google will follow.

I would go for real estate communities and create a presence. For example the "This Ole House" site and Sears signiture site, "Home Makeover". They have a deep seeded social community.

Start by Googling "real estate social network communities", and variations of that term. There are also footprints that these sites (platforms) have and you can bring those up through a search.
