What is right way to build link wheels and wrong ways ?

I have been reading different things about them, heard they are great and heard they suck so who do I believe.

Have people online that want to sell their link wheel building services, how do i know if they are doing it correctly ?

Bottom line should we use them or not and when should we use them ?

Hello,

There are a few things which have to look for building the links in the best way.

1.Exchange some relevant/reciprocal links.

2.Build link with relevant forums.

3.Excellent blog commenting.

4.Put some quality content in your sources.

These things will surely help you to increase the links.
