I wish to outsource backlinks, if I am targeting homeowners that wish to sell their FLAT....yeap i am back from the 60's called a house a flat....lol My concern is how much should i pay to do manual work for me, there are different types of backlinks and do not know what takes longer to do vs others, so any ideas how much to pay for profile, submissions of articles to directories or web 2.0 properties, social bookmarks, etcccc Can you give me some questions to ask them and what instructions to give to them about getting backlinks for me related to real estate. I do not wish to pay for spammy links so how do i protect myself from getting crappy links and how many should i build weekly to my site since my site is new and when should i raise the # of links coming to my site? |

It's better to hire a staff in a monthly basis (full time or half time) if you have more tasks to work on. It's more cheaper rather than paying hourly rate staff. You can get an experienced staff in an outsourcing firm because they are managed by a supervisors to ensure utmost productivity and quality of work.

If you plan on managing this by yourself, you'll need to know what your doing first. I don't suggest outsourcing and managing linkbuilding if you don't know what kinda links you want, how you can get them, and everything else. You'll need to most likely train your outsourcers, and it'd be foolish to waste money on outsourcing this to a full time employee if you don't have a good gauge of whats needed to linkbuild. There are ton of SEO services, linkbuilders, and individuals that perform SEO that can do this for you and do it the right way. You'll need to do some due diligence and read through reviews and the threads, but that should help you be confident in your decision. Plus, in the long run it will be cheaper than hiring a full time person for $300-$400 a month off of oDesk and then don't know how to properly train and manage them. |
