Best Backlink Auto Tool & Reporting?

Hello,

I've had a look at some backlink tools, but the more you look at, the less you know which one is best

So if anyone can swear by their Backlink tool please let me know.

I would like one that also produces a report that lists the sites where the backlink was successful and the PR too.

It's to use for clients so I need something reliable, and ideally web-based rather than standalone on your own compauter.

Not aware GA does backlink submissions
