I love pulldown menus of my Nav Bar. I thought it to be good as humans could easily get to each page from all pages. ![]() "Keep important pages within several clicks from the homepage Although you may believe that users prefer a search box on your site rather than category navigation, it's uncommon for search engine crawlers to type into search boxes or navigate via pulldown menus. So make sure your important pages are clickable from the homepage and for easy for Googlebot to find throughout your site. It's best to create a link architecture that's intuitive for users and crawlable for search engines." The Link is Below: Official Google Webmaster Central Blog: Importance of link architecture |

If you code your site correct you won't have a problem getting all of the dropdown links indexed.

I have dropdown menus and all indexed. You need to create a sitemap and submit to googlewebmaster.
