How To Get Entire Site Indexed?

I have built about 20 links which all show up in google and new ones are showing up each day. My site is live but google has not re crawled my website. It is indexed but only the maintenance page I had up.

DO i just wait until it comes back and indexes more pages?

Did you developed a good internal linking structure?

Thats one side of the equation

Probably the biggest.

Yes, at least I am pretty sure I have. Although my home page is still indexed with maintenance page still up

Digg a few other other pages not being indexed.

Build links to the index page. Make sure every page on the site can be accessed in 2 clicks. Easy as that.
