Google Keyword Suggestion Tool Not Working

I have not been able to get the Google Keyword Suggestion Tool to work for 2 days. Also Market Samurai is not totally working because of it.

It just worked for me..... maybe something's up with your computer?

I shut the computer down and then turned it back on. It still isn't working. It keeps going around in circles while it's trying to load. It's driving me nuts.

I'm having no problem with it either.

Are you signed into Google?

Try clearing your internet cache/history/cookies and see if it's still doing that.

Okay, it's an Explorer issue. I changed to Firefox and it's working so there's something weird going on with Explorer. Thanks for your help.

Does Market Samurai use the default browser to do its work or does it just work like IE does? You could try changing your default browser to firefox and restarting MS...

I did that and it's working a little better, although market samuari gets stuck on the google estimate traffic data. I'm going crazy. I just wonder if the proxies have quit working or something.

Haven't used MS in months myself so I don't think I can help anymore. Nobody else seems to either, have you tried contacting them? Could put a support ticket in or something.

Clear your browsers cache and reset your default IE settings. Run an anti virus and malware check while youre at it.

Oh, and a Windows update.

There was something with Kasperski but that confuses me. Not sure what it was or if it thought Market Samuari was acting like malware.

Not surprising, antivirus programs really like to limit internet access to other programs >_>
