XFactor Theme Question..

How would someone go about getting the Xfactor theme? I've been looking with no success. Do you have to customly make it?

Are you looking for the micro-niche theme? Are you able to create a similar look with your HTML software as long as you know what it looks like?

I have a template I've created from sites I've come across on the web. It's static HTML (index.html & css file)

I have no access to any HTML software nor know how I would make something like that. Theres no theme to just download and activate?

I would pay someone to create it for me.

You can modify it in Notepad or download Komposer (it's free)

If you buy the Xfactor program, then you get the opportunity to have the theme also I believe. I think they come as a package or an add on or something. But I don't think they are on the open market.
