Market Samurai stuck

Anyone else having issues w/ Market Samurai? Its been 5-6 days and usually they're spot on with fixing issues.

When it is 'Fetching Google Keyword Tool data' is just runs forever.

They did email me that they're having some Google issues but I'm wondering if I'm alone.

I rely on Market Samurai heavily so every day I'm without it hurts

May be it is a bandwidth related issue. What is your internet connection speed?

Its never had an issue like this before.

Im having issues.. keyword research brings back nothing but SEOC.. I put a ticket in and they have a Problem listed as "Ongoing".... so apparently at least they acknowledge their is a problem. I'm so sick of getting in the mood to research only to have it not work! I need a back up for a mac.....

as posted in another thread, i have downloaded trial version yesterday and am having the following problems

I am trying to analyse 4000 keywords in keyword research. I have selected only , Total Searches, AWCPC, SEOC, max 100000, Match Type = phrase and period = monthly.
Sometime it looks for captcha before it starts to analyse and other times it gets to 84% before it looks for a captcha but when i enter in the captcha, it then stalls at all times and I have to quit the program..

everyoe raves how good the software is and i really need it but how can i buy something that doesnt work!?!

I was having the same problem with it the other day. Seemed that they had it fixed pretty quick. I have not had any problems this week.
