Paying Less Through Adwords Then Earnings Through Adsense

I just wanted to see whether anyone makes money by paying a lower rate for ads through Google Adwords then what they are earning in revenue from Google Adsense.

Is it even possible, and has anyone had any success with it?

that's called arbitrage and people used to do it. I think it is a surefire way to get your adsense account banned nowdays

Yeah. Adsense TOS states pretty clearly, that you are not allowed to do that. You are better off optimizing your sites for search engines and getting your traffic that way.

You are allowed though arnt you, to own a site with adsense units, and also promote your site through adsense?

The idea of adsense is to earn as much as you can, and the idea of adwords is to get as much traffic for as cheap as you can. So there must be a fine line between just using the service as best as you can and out right arbitraging.

Yes, some people do it, but in the end they are jeopardizing their accounts. You know G is famous for smashing accounts with no warning... and they tend to have a short memory to what is compliant with their TOS.

What you can't do is run a MFA on adwords. Google is obviously
the judge of a MFA. A site that has adsense and something else
tangible as its main money maker is perfectly legit.

The reason is that google wants a person clicking on an ad to get
what they want. Not bombarded with ads. If you have a page that
sells microwave ovens, has adsense on it as well, no problem.

However, adwords is not the only PPC program. Paid traffic is okay,
so long as you follow the guidelines.
