Any idea in keyword sprinkling for content?

i need help on keyword to boost my ranking..

I have been reading about keyword sprinkling in my content, what does it mean.. this is my take. i don't now whether it is true or not;

first, you choose one main keyword, and use it as your domain name
second, use adword keyword tool to find related keyword ( 2 or 3) and when creating content for main keyword, use that related keyword in your content. Each related keyword should be hyper link to it specific post , for variation purposes...
three, you repeat the process with other related keyword,
four, in the content of the related keyword post, it should be some hyperlink to the main keyword content..

is this the right process, or maybe i'm doing something totally wrong??
