Linkwheel Plugin/software wordpress?

I know Wp-syndicate will auto post to linkwheel salletite sites like squidoo, blogger, etc etc for you but I'm not paying $57 per month. Are there any other pieces of software that will auto or semi-auto build a linkwheel for you?

if you want linkwheels, then it is much better to go with a monthly subscription tool as all of these web 2.0 websites keep changing their signup steps so that automation signing up of accounts i s kept to a minimum.

Or you can buy a tool like zennoposter where you can create what ever you want on your own.
