Default Hyphens in page titles

If I'm trying to optimize a page for "Fuzzy Blue Widgets", is there any downside to having hyphens in the title, i.e. "Fuzzy-Blue-Widgets For Sale"?

In other words, everything else being EXACTLY equal, would a page with the title "Fuzzy Blue Widgets For Sale" be expected to rank any higher or lower than "Fuzzy-Blue-Widgets For Sale"? Also, same question wrt to the URL.
