Question For SEO Masters

I've been wondering and I know someone here knows the answer...

When it comes to sites, I have 6 with paid domain names and hosting...

But...

Can a FREE wordpress blog/site rank as easily or as well as the paid sites with hosting?

My guess is "NO" but, I've not tested my theory...

Anyone wanna share your input?

To answer you question, Yes. If an only if you have Wordpress installed on your hosting account or site. Wordpress can act as your primary website and even rank better much faster than traditional sites.

Just going and signing up for a free sub-domain at Wordpress' main site won't get you good SEO or good rankings, though. Hope that helps

Hi, they will rank fast for really low competition keywords based upon the authority of their engine (main site). However anyone with an exact match url in .com, net or org can easily beat up on you. The biggest problem is you don't own your own destiny. With any site that's not yours it can be deleted and taken from you. That hurts when you finally get them earning and pow their gone!
