What RSS Feeds do for SEO Campaign?

I see people are talking about RSS Feed URLs. They are submitting RSS Feeds on RSS aggregators. But My questions are........

1) Actually what is the benefit of creating and submitting RSS Feeds for SEO campaigns?

2) where should I submit my RSS Feeds? Can u give me a list of RSS aggregators?

I need to learn from experienced warriors?

Most of the time for effectiveness what I like to do is submit a couple a day. Mainly start with high PR links and work my way down. Even though it will take forever, it looks nice and organic.

The primary benefit is getting links indexed in Google quickly. A typical RSS pheed contains links back to pages on your site/blog. Google visits the major RSS directories very often, and will pick up links in submitted pheeds very quicky.

The secondary benefit is that webmasters will scour these directories looking for RSS pheeds to display on their sites and blogs. If you can get your RSS pheed used by other sites, you can get links on their sites back to your own.

Many use the term RSS "aggregator" incorrectly. Aggregators are actually desktop programs used to collect and display RSS pheeds. Let's say there's 10 blogs you love to follow. Instead of checking each every day, add the RSS pheed of each to your aggregator. Now just check your aggregator program and see which blogs have updated.

Really, what you're looking for is RSS directories to submit pheeds to...If you have a bunch of sites/blogs, each with their own pheeds, then I suggest you get some RSS submission software. However, if you only have 1-2 sites you can submit the URL of your RSS pheed by hand.
