I done nothing wrong, my account was sitting for months and I only generated 70 clicks, I only moved my adsense widgets above my banners and ad one into my blog, and that same day my account got shut down, I didn't click on any ads nor did I get more traffic to my site. But I received this e-mail, and how can you ever find out or proof that this is not true? Is Google ripping people off, because on the same day I read in the forum that high adsense income earner also were shut down. Hello, After reviewing our records, we've determined that your AdSense account poses a risk of generating invalid activity. Because we have a responsibility to protect our AdWords advertisers from inflated costs due to invalid activity, we've found it necessary to disable your AdSense account. Your outstanding balance and Google's share of the revenue will both be fully refunded back to the affected advertisers. Please understand that we need to take such steps to maintain the effectiveness of Google's advertising system, particularly the advertiser-publisher relationship. We understand the inconvenience that this may cause you, and we thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation. |

I'm sorry that happened to you. I think the worse part of that is not being able to find out exactly what happened to get the account disabled. Since this happened right after you switched your widgets to a new blog, I'm guessing something in your blog or ad placements made you a high risk.

You must have done something for them to shut down your account. Remember it is a computer system that checks the accounts not humans so something must have triggered your account to be closed. Everyone always says its due to google doing the dirty. But you must have clicked on your own ads even once to receive that email or had friends in a ring area around you clicking on your ads. Remember Google is clever and demographics are not hard to trace. -Owen |

It often happens if Google observes too many clicks from one IP address or redirected traffic from expired or parked domains.
