I have what appears to be a unique problem with Adsense - maybe because I live in Mexico. I haven't used Adsense for about 2 years but want to set up some ads on two new websites. In all the help comments and videos they say to click the "setup ads" tab on the "Welcome to Adsense" page. There is no "setup ads" tab on my "welcome to adsense" page - so I'm stopped in my tracks. I tried clicking every help page and the forum - going around in circles. It looks like several others have voiced the same problem but no one has a workable answer. I tried several suggested email addresses for Adsense but only got a "no-reply" automatic response advising me to go to the help and forum sections. If only it were that simple. Is this "special" page because I live in Mexico? Has anyone found an email address or telephone number where I could chat with an Adsense person who can find me a solution? Or do any of you good folks have a special link to go to to land on the ad setup page? Your advice would be very much appreciated. Hilary Frustrated in Mexico |

There are two interfaces for Adsense in use at the moment - old and new, and they look different. The new one has a tab called "My Ads" which lets you set up new ads. Can you post a screenshot of your "Welcome to Adsense" page - with any account info scrubbed out - so we can see what you're seeing? |

| adsense-support@google.com They will send you back some FAQ answers and give you a link to a contact form. You then spell out your exact issue (again) and it will either tell you that you'll be contacted in a few days or else it will tell you that the nature of the request is such that they cannot reply to individual inquiries. |

If you are experiencing the problem with the new adsense interface there is a option to contact and report the bug to adsense team

I guess the best thing to do is to create new unless your account is earning well.
