hello, i am currently running an ecommerce site and am no longer selling certain items listed on the site. i am unsure what to do with these pages as they are indexted and have links built to them. should i just delete these pages, does it matter they have alrready been indexed? any advice is much appreciated. thanks |

301 redirect them to a relevant internal page that you plan on keeping.

Never Delete Pages! As yukon stated-use 301 redirects (Moved Permanently) to pass the historical link juice from the old page to the new one.

Yes, 301 redirect is the best move you can make. IT is really not advisable to delete pages especially if it has been indexed.

If you pages are indeed then you go for redirect and don't delete your precious page.You also switch your traffic form old domain to new domain
