Hi Steve,

You know, you have really inspired me with this thread and your blog, I just want to say thanks, and that I am definitely going to give this a go.

The thing is though that Ive come across so many sites saying it is not possible to make a decent income from adsense (or to put it more correctly, the people who do make good income, and a decent living are the exception and not the rule).

Well, Im looking to build an adsense site which, as you rightly say, provides quality information and content to a specific group of people. I need to be able answer the questions a niche has, and thus I need to give them a reason to come back to my adsense site.

Therefore - as you suggest - content is king. This is going to be the most whitehat way to make money.

So the key to making this a success is:

1) Finding the correct niche
2) Creating quality content

And as it goes, Im not having much luck with (1), which means I cannot get started on (2). Considering that because I have a full time job (not 9-5, more like 8am to 9pm) I really do not have time to be writing my own content consistently (a few articles here and there for sure though). So I will be paying for content and spending easily $500 ($5 for 100 articles say) - which makes picking the niche even more important because of the high investment required.

So you say that generally speaking the highest paying adsense niches are...

1. Legal
2. Financial
3. Web Hosting
4. Medical
5. Travel and tourism

I just need to dig around to find a niche that I am willing to put $500 into.

I'm just thinking aloud really - I want results right now but I know I need to be patient. My dream is to sit on a beach making sites on my laptop. If I try hard enough hopefully your methods will lead me there.

Hi Steve and Other Experts on this Forum,
I want us to have an alternative (back-up) to Adsense income if we are doing such effort to get our site into top 3 slots. Can you please share which other company one can sign-up for (more for back-up purpose)? Then the plan will be stronger. Of course, its possible to put affiliate ads also, however is there a good competition to Adsense out there?

Like a lot of other people I have been following every bit of this thread. Now Im by no means an expert but I would like to say this. There are a lot of people who seem to say that have'nt made a lot of money from adsense and they dont see how they could, also to the poster who said that he needs to invest $500, you can easily incorporate Steves methods into any other monetization method without spending that kind of money.

There are some excellent WSO's check out user name Azsno less than $10 with loads of videos on site building adsense etc.

I have uncovered a travel niche but I will diversify until I can afford buy to quality articles written. You can make money following Steve without investing a lot of money its just a matter of adapting it to your circumstances.

I don't know if anyone has heard of Joel Comm but he brings about $250,000 per year in Adsense revenue alone. He has been doing it consistently for a while now. So, the money can be made.

Wow! So much information and I think I am getting overloaded. I will need time to digest with these wonderful details. Even though I have been doing adsense for a long time, I have yet to achieve $100 per day. So far it is only around 5 - 10 per day. Guess I am not doing it the right way. I hope to be able to discover the right source of method to build and earn adsense. Hope you can succeed by the end of this month.

Steve I just wanted to say thanks again. You have inspired me to continue with AdSense as another income stream. I don't make a $100 a day, but I have made all my internet expenses (Web Hosting, One membership site at $150 a month, AWeber and my cable internet bill) for 2 months in a row.

I’m glad I found this thread. You hear from some who say adsense is dead then others who say the opposite. Some time with all the contradictory teachings you wonder what is the truth. Well the truth is in the results. It could just be that the way you where taught adsense didn’t work! Not that it wont work universally. This proves that it does work if you do it the right way. I quess there is a right way and wrong way to do just about everything. Thanks for this thread.

Its more about quality of links opposed to quantity. Also, it does take a while for Yahoo or google for that matter to reflect the true nature of your linking.

When I have all the materials ready I will be announcing actual dates. I don't want to promise dates yet to avoid disapointment in case I don't have the materials ready in time. I would rather get it right than rush something half finished.

I think out there there are too many people that say to be "internet marketers", "teach" how to make easy money, that want "sell guides"..... But before other people throw away their money I think it'll be better show something of real.
Usually this so called "internet marketers" didn't show nothing of real, no one real project that make some real money.

Now, we can tell we make 6 figures monthly .... we can show you images of our visits stats, but only our sites tell the truth.

Only our works can show for real how good we are, how professional we work , how much we can earning every day and can confirm our words.

Now that the Challenge is ended, is correct to show the project so all can see what you are speaking about.
But on your 100buckchallenge when people ask you for the address .... they didn't have any answer.
Not only a suggest, how to find it ecc ecc ..... Why?

Nikko, I have nothing to hide, I have tried to be as open as possible throughout the past 3 months. I am as suprised as you that this thread has proved so popular, I have no idea why. I like to think it is because people have been inspired to take action. Everything I have done has been done in this challenge has been done in public view and your detective work is not rocket science. The only difference is that most other people have had the decency to keep their research private.

$20 a day, over $600 a month, done once every three months will give you a monthly income of a little over $2400 bucks! For as long as Google keeps adsense the way it is. Not bad!
