I created new site and because of the trade mark issue I bought new domain with no trade mark keywords in it, is it ok to use the trade mark name as a title of website that shows on the top of the browser or is it against the trade mark rules too. Thanks for clearing up this for me guys

Hi BBenamara, it all depends on the rules that onwers of a particular trade mark set. On the one hand, it's hard to skip it if you sell products of a particular trade mark. On the other hand, if the owners are strict about it, then use only descriptive keywords. Hope this helps!
