What Do YOu Include In Your Sitemap When Submitted To Webmaster

Hey Guys

Just wanted to know what do you include when you submit your sitemap to google's webmaster

I include Home Page, Posts Page, Stats Page, Categories & Tag Pages

What do you guy include and why??

I include all relavant pages -- sometimes quite a few thousand to make it easy for google to find them

I just do posts now. Not fussed about categories and tags etc... I also noindex those as it's just more of the same content ordered slightly differently.

just install the sitemap plugin if you're using wordpress, and submit the page to Google

yes i do understand that part but within the options you get to tick what you want to be included in your sitemap and wanted to know if anyone of you guys adjust that when submitting

Webmasters usually include all the pages they want to see in search results into their sitemaps. These may be practically all pages, for example if you have a blog, you may want to include all your posts, or simply major categories. People usually don't include stuff like shopping carts, privacy policy pages, etc.
