Facebook Ads without Insane Ups & Downs?

Hey guys,

Does anyone have a good system for maintaining steady Facebook traffic for the same product/service over a long period of time?

It seems that for affiliate offers that change every couple months, the system is perfect, but for long running products, the ads stale out, and even replacing them with new images and ads regularly tend to not help the falling amount of impressions, clicks, and leads over time.

Is there a way you've found to keep the Facebook Ad traffic consistent? I'm willing to pay for a good information source, if necessary, but if someone has a good method for long running products (not CPA offers), I'd appreciate it.
