Hi Online4cash,

There might be the case that you don't actually have backlinks, and Bing is just slow to show that. I mean Bing might have indexed 51 backlinks some time ago, but now they are no longer active, and Bing hasn't renewed the data base, while other SEs have.

Have you built links recently? How long ago? It may take time for SEs to index them.

My advice is to keep working on building links, they will be indexed eventually and improve your rankings.

Google,alexa and yahoo do not show all cached backlinks when you search for your sites baklinks they show only some of them which they choose you should work harder

Yahoo! answers is a fantastic place to get back links from!
There are more than 21 million users alone in the states, and more then 90 millions worldwide.
The forum is in sections, almost like niches, so you can get some really good traffic, and the back links, just by posting a few answers.. and they will stay there, because people come daily and looks for answers to the same questions over and over again.
AND Google just LOVE Yahoo :-)
Best if you have/get an level2 account, then you can post clickable links.

not even "backlinks" in the true sense of the word.

Even you state the link is not even clickable for someone starting off!

Advice on Yahoo! Answers, you must reach level two to get he links active as mentioned, I have found the easiest way to do this is to post well thought out and answers with some substance, when you get chosen for best answer you get an extra 10 points, this really helps you get to level two fast!

Dofollow/Nofollow does not matter. They both give you link juice in SERPs. The only difference is dofollow passes PageRank while nofollow does not. So build both. In fact, you should do both as it will look unnatural if a website has only dofollow links.

As for the number of backlinks, the search engines will never report all. Its how they protect themselves. So stop paying so much attention to those tools, and a keep a list of links you've built.

Google doesn't read every backlink even if it is ado follow link but yahoo and bing reads do follow and no follow links

Use yahoo Site explorer to check backlinks and Links have a value beyond link juice..they can direct traffic to your site which should actually matter .Twitter & FB give nofollow links and everyone is aware of the power of these site.

um mate I don't think that's true. Google does not place emphasis on nofollow. You're right if you're talking about yahoo and bing because dofollow and nofollow both have emphasis. And yes you're absolutely right with nofollows still being important. They make your link building look natural and it's pretty neat for traffic

No. you're wrong.

Google DOES give SERPs value for nofollow links. The purpose of it is to not pass PageRank. Two different things.

and if you're still doubting me, PM me and i show you a site that is ranking page #3 for a massively competitive keyword with ONLY nofollow link relevant blog comments. It's ranked #2 - 5 for the related keywords.

People really need to stop spreading false information. Maybe they don't want anyone else to know what they know?

Yahoo, and Google in particular only show you a very, very small subset of your actual backlinks.

Two places to get more accurate information on your backlinks are:

Majestic SEO: Site Explorer

Open Site Explorer: Link Popularity & Backlink Analysis Tool

Don't rely on Google or Bing for backlink analysis. Use Yahoo Site Explorer or for a paid variation check out MajesticSEO.

Also keep in mind that even if the search engines, ie Google & Bing don't show your backlinks they still can see them. The search engines, even Yahoo, don't display all of your backlinks when you do a backlink check.

Yahoo Site Explorer is showing fewer and fewer backlinks as time goes on. I've found that Majestic SEO gives more accurate backlink results. Don't forget either that these tools work off crawling, and the databases that return results are providing aged results of some kind.

Majestic SEO gives you the option of their Fresh Index or their Historic Index. The historic index is usually a month old or so, so if you're looking for recent backlinks you'll want to cross-check with the Fresh one.
