Can we use features as tabbed contents in all pages of website?

In my website, there are same contents repeating as features in some pages.I want this features for the promotions. Can we use these features as tabbed contents in all pages of website? Will google scan and list as duplicate content or will tabbed content hides? Is it harmful to SEO?

Advices are appreciated! Is there any methods to keep the contents as such without effecting SEO. Please help me.
