Default Is there a Keyword Research tool that could do this?

What I would love to find is a keyword tool that can find keywords not just horizontally but vertically. For example, if you are selling a Workshop/course for "Creating a website" , WHAT keywords do you go after? Small business owners, those looking to start a business (whole new group of keywords), job seekers (having a blog makes potential employers take notice), those looking to IMPROVE their current website (whole new group of keywords), etc etc..

Imagine a tool that has such a reach ?? Haven't seen anything that can do this

Why don't you try to use Google Adwords? I often use Google Adwordd when I was looking for the right keywords. It really gives better keywords suggestion that you can use for your site.

Google Wonder Wheel is what you need. Simply google for "creating a website" and choose Wonder Wheel in the left-hand menu. You'll get 8 "vertical" suggestions, e.g. "creating a website from scratch", "creating a website for your business", etc.

Choose one of the options to get another portion of vertical suggestions, and so on.

If I'm understanding you correctly, Keyword Sniper Pro does this. Look into it. I've been using it for a while and can't praise it enough. It blows everything else out of the water in terms of suggesting keywords.

You can try Market Samurai. It is a pretty good tool for finding keywords.

Hopefully you mean 'Adwords'. Either way, no it's not the best, far from it actually, in terms of keyword suggestions.
