Default Href attributes... do they override global declarations?

Hello all webmasters!

Quick question... lets say I'm putting content on a web 2.0 site like... WetPaint, and they have "NoFollow" on all of their external links.

If I include the rel="dofollow" attribute in my href tag would that override the global declaration of "nofollow"?

Thanks,

Droopy

I tried it and it works - according to the "quirk searchstatus" the link is no longer highlighted as nofollow. Since I´m a newbie here I´m not allowed to post the working HMTL link here. But I can give it to you if you mail me.

There is no such attribute as "dofollow." It would be ignored.
