How can you change what the title appears like in Google?

This is how website information appears in a search engine such as Google.

[Title]
[Meta Description]
[URL]

I have left the title of my keyword as it is in the Pages section of my WordPress, but Google isn't showing that. It is showing something different. How can I alter how the title appears in the search engine with WordPress?

Are you using an SEO plugin? I recommend Yoast or ALL In One SEO. They offer the ability for two titles per post.
