Hey Guys,

This is huge news..

I need your opinions on a new SEO service I am creating for 20 (lucky ) Warriors.

It is going to tackle the Panda (so to speak) and provide the best SEO solution for webmasters post-Panda.

I am going to use some bulk buying power and SEO contacts to secure some super cheap prices on high quality services to bundle something under $200 per month.

I have already made some arrangements on the following services which have been proven to work time and time again in competitive niches.

This is what each person will receive every month:

As you can imagine, this is a LOT of content-focused stuff and would easily blow over the $200 mark but when bundled for 20 people it is still well below budget

All the content will be written by a team of highly competant native English speakers to ensure the highest quality writing and social media intent.

I am still not sure about the Article Marketing part though. - This is a huge portion of the budget and is not as effective as it once was before the Panda update.

The other thing I was thinking is, instead of monthly reports I am going to build a membership site where members can log in and see a live report of their accumulated backlinks at anytime - This will be updated hourly. Also a daily search engine report would be nice.

I still have some budget to play around with so any suggestions from you guys to make this the best SEO solution post-Panda would be greatly appreciated!

i have website and getting decent amount of traffic before panda update. i am using auto blogging software but according to me above mentioned services doesn't effect my traffic.

Thanks Ally, replied to your PM. Hmm forum posting is a great idea. I will get onto it and see what I can get for the project!

Stuart, autoblogging software is probably the issue here. In my experience, all duplicate content has been penalized so the above methods would not work for you as well as they would for a unique content site.

That said, have you got any methods that HAVE effected traffic since panda update on your autoblog?

For me this looks rather like an ad, someone who wants to save the $40 for a WSO..sorry...

Besides, this is all nice and good, but battling PANDA starts with your own site:
Unique, lengthy (800 wordish) quality content.

There is no off-site link building which can "battle" panda - link building has nothing to do with the quality of your site's content.

If you want to battle panda, start with your site's content first.

Sorry if it looks a bit salesy! that's just how I write - Wouldn't dream of saving a few bucks, I have several live WSOs kicking around currently, this is something else. I need opinions and ideas from fellow SEO pro's.

I agree that beating the Panda update starts onpage. So I guess there needs to be more of an onpage SEO focus rather than all offpage.

I was thinking of creating an ebook about it and giving it away for free, but it might take more than that.

I'll look into it.

Any more suggestions or SEO strategies you guys think work well post-panda?

This first thing I thought when I read your post is: 'He wants to set up an SEO service but is only selling a link building service'.
I have done countless tests and found that brute force link building is becoming less and less effective. Links yes - but not all types of links.

Are you really intending to specifically help site owners who were affected by the Panda update or are you just using Panda because it is the latest thing in the SEO world and everyone talks about it?

If you really want to target the Panda you cannot ignore 'on-content' and 'on-site' optimization!!! Note that I am not saying 'on-page'.
It is not about pages - but about content quality site-wide!!

Yes, it might be easier to sell a link building service because there are so many networks and outsourcers available doing exactly that. It is much harder to imagine an SEO service that would advise people to improve their content and usability.

However, if you definitely want to set up a link building service AND target the Panda there is one type of links that I have found to have a positive impact in the post-Panda world:
And this is links that get real traffic from real people! Not links on blog networks or profiles that never get clicked.

Google is actually tracking user click stream behavior through their Google Analytics code on millions of websites, the Google toolbar and Chrome browser.
They have a pretty good idea where your traffic comes from and which links get really clicked! Getting real visitors - not only links - from all types of sites shows Google your site is popular and relevant for certain topics/keywords.

So build links from high quality, high traffic sites! Yes, I admit: It is difficult to do this on a large scale and sell a link-building service that will get you many high-traffic high quality links monthly in an automated fashion.

Once up and running with a WSO and extra marketing I think as this is only for 20 seats I will create an onpage guideline and review of each site before getting it.

This will ensure each website is ready to go with great onpage post-panda optimization.

Also, you have triggered another idea. We will also give a credit each month for a new page content to be written about a topic of their choice. This can be used for a new page each month or accumulated for a larger project.

This of course include keyword research, optimization, an image from istockphoto.com, and initial social bookmarking.

Yes, I am targeting the Panda update, but this is also going to work for a very long time.
