I don't understand. Are you planning on charging someone to get a wiki link?? Anyone can edit most Wiki pages. AND get links to stick. If they know how.

I don't think they charge anything to getting link from wikipedia, it's just need a reference giving website, moreover you can edit wiki and paste your link but all the links from wikipedia are no-followed by google.
