Great list you have there. Thanks for sharing. It will be useful for our blog comment posting tasks. However, some of the PR levels are actually lower than what is indicated in your list. Google Panda Update must be the culprit

Anyway, I want to ask if they accept sensible comments or just leave it in moderation queue or delete them to preserve their blog site's PR? Most of the bloggers who own high PR sites are selfish nowadays
