After massive link campaign, my site went down for only one main kw

After massive link campaign, my site went down for only one main kw.

What i did is i built tons of links (1 000) with 2 of my main kw as anchor text, i build 2 tiers linking to my backlinks using the same 2 kw

.

Few days ago my site went from #8 to #21. I guess i over did my link building.

What would be your suggestions to fix it ?

It will be best if you start your backlinking campaign again and never go for mass and only run after quality and keep a variation in your backlinks sources.
