My Adsense Earnings Story to get to $300+ p/m

I like those threads that help motivate fellow internet marketers by showing them results are possible.

I am grateful to be able to say after reviewing my adsense earnings history this is how I have improved:

Apr 2007 first few ads clicked
Oct 2007 first $100 check
Feb 2008 second $100 check
May 2008 third $100 check
Oct 2008 fourth $100 check
Jan 2009 fifth $100 check
Apr 2009 sixth $100 check
July 2009 seventh $100 check
Sep 2009 eighth $100 check
Nov 2009 ninth $100 check
Jan 2009 tenth $100 check
Mar 2010 eleventh $100 check
Apr 2010 twelfth $100 check
Every Month Since Apr 2010 $100 earnings and growing to point where suddenly
Nov 2010 Hit $150 milestone
Again March 2011 $150 mark
Apr 2011 $240
May 2011 $350
Up to 24 June 2011 avg $14 per day looking like first $400 month

What I think has let me achieve these results:

• Added UK and US targeted websites
• Got one website to have 700+ Unique Visitors p/day
• Kept reading what others do
• Kept writing my blogs with a passion for the content

Future Adsense Growth Plan:

• Currently I run 4 websites with adsense ads and will add another one this week.
• Use the 80/20 rule where 80% of my earnings come clicks on 20% of my articles so write more around those article topics.
• Keep experimenting with ad placements and colors.
• Maybe try a focused backlinking strategy as only relied on organic Google traffic ever.
• Keep reading WarriorForum.com cos people post some great ideas and tips.

Thanks guys for your thoughts to date. Let you know when I reach the biggie of $1000 in a month. Hope its not too far away at the current rate of growth.

Hey I have my blog on wordpress with thesis theme and I have chossen not to show full post when someone clicks on it than it shows full post.
My porb is I want to place my ads after the title to recieve clicks becoz I dont receive

Good job man. I am close to hitting 4 figures with adsense right now its great passive income, but I don't really invest too much time and effort into it, just seems to risky.

Agree that is risky. I have been reading how people get booted from adsense and cant get a reason why to fix it and get back in. I'm not using any risky tactics to gain traffic or click bots hit my ads so fingers crossed I don't get a bad experience from adsense.

I'd be interested to know how many sites are you running to get to the 4 figure mark and your time frame having got just about there?

I'm just rounding down to $100 not given exact amounts to the cent. Google will pay you to the cent. I think $40 every week is great also that's a $160 month

I disagree, I think it's a great way to make passive income. I made niche sites first, and now I am working on authority sites that get A LOT of traffic. If I get banned from adsense I will find other ways to monetize the sites. In the mean time I do everything I can to abide by their rules
