Google Places and win

I am sort of new to Google places. I have studied up on it and even checked out the competitors but sometimes there doesn't seem to be a good reason as to why someone is first and why someone doesn't even show up. Yes, I know......welcome once again to GOOGLE! Any tips out there to rank on Google Places?

Use the same Business name, address, phone number and website address everywhere your business is listed.

• upload 10 pictures & label them with your keywords
• upload 5 videos and label them with your keywords
• Place the business website in the listing & build high quality backlinks to it using the keywords as anchor text - use Insiders Pages listing if there's no website yet and build backlinks to that page
• Make sure the categories you choose are relevant to the business
• Do not keyword stuff the business name

Have a few questions here, how do you label your videos with keywords or images? Is that just the file name?
You mentioned building backlinks to the business listing of the google places? or did I miss read that?
Build backlinks to insider pages where the company is listed?

Build back link and update content on your site also you can use Article Submission Google love unique content. If you want to impress to Google you need to build back link for your site

This is spot on advice. I managed to rank a clients website at #4 on the first page in about 3 weeks doing pretty much just this. It really works.

How do you label the images? I didn't see any way to do that.
