Default How Should I Handle Getting This Site Ranked Higher?

A few days ago I purchased a domain name I found available... a town name, plus "doctors". So, www. towndoctors. com

I have a basic Wordpress site up with the domain name as the title, one blog entry with the keyword domain as the title. And the keyword (domain) mentioned within the blog.

I want to get this on the first page of Google so I can contact the local doctors and see if any would like to purchase the domain. What else should I do to improve the ranking? Thanks

Are you following Gene Pimentel's domain flipping plan?

If so, I'm doing the same thing, but I just started so I only have four domains so far.

By having the keyword in the domain, the title, and in the headline, your site should appear after a few days.

Make sure in the first post you use an H1 tag with your keyword to make a headline.

Out of the four domains I registered two of them are already on page one.

Gene says most sites appear after a few days while some never seem to get indexed.

The trick is to do lots of 'em and don't worry about the ones that take longer. They'll show up eventually.

Thanks Zach, I've done that so far. I guess I need to be patient! By the way, I just scored a HUGE "town"doctors.com domain..... a BIG city down in So CA close to where you are!
