What would you consider an acceptable number of posts for a website that will be seen as good value to readers in the eyes of Google. Obviously the content is unique! I have experienced 10 posts to be enough! Please share your stories.... |

I have atleast 10 posts per blog too, any less is an easy target for algo updates in the search engines. Obviously it greatly matters on niche and overall goal of the site, but usually the more unique content the better.

Doesn't the term "blog" imply some type of regular updating? The OP may be talking about a regular, info-based website. You could have a site with one, great one, or a site with 1,000 lousy ones. It's all about perspective. Paul |

Also factor in what your competition is doing. Some niches don't require much info, but others require more, hence more pages would be required to gain more SEO benefit. Generally a broader topic will do well with more pages, a narrower topic would do well with less pages. Everything is relative to the competition you are trying to beat. |

For me - three pages per week. I've been doing this for about two months - I'm seeing a little benefit... |

I think there is no limit as long as it is quality and unique but for 3 to 5 post per day would be competitive.

Im having very targeted blogs to one single keyword that are ranking 1 on very high competive keywords with only three posts, so i have found out that how many posts you have dosenīt really matter, you can rank for 1000000 competition keywords with only three posts if you have very seo friendly content and a great backlinking strategy.
