Adwords, Squeeze Pages & Freebies. Friends or Foes?

Part of the revised adwords T&C state that you are not allowed to offer a "freebie" in exchange for someones personal details.

They also state that information collection must be for "legitimate business purpose".

This is putting a cramp on my style. I want to offer a free report on my squeeze page but if I lose my adwords account I am out of business.

I am not in the MMO niche so I think Google are a bit more forgiving, and I am not promoting affiliate offers. But I don't know how far I am allowed to go.

Does anyone have exeprience offering free reports on adwords landing pages since the T&C update that saw the banhammer hit?
