Best Place to Get Max Adwords Credits When Signing Up?

Sorry for posting this when it probably comes up quite often. I'd do a search but I know that this changes frequently so figured I'd ask for a fresh answer on the best place to get the maximum amount of free credits for signing up.

I want to sign up to Adwords so I can use it to advertise my website. I've had hosting for years with GoDaddy and neglected to get free credits if they offered them back then.

I want to get into Adwords now so I was just curious where I could get the most free credits possible. Would it just be: https://services.google.com/fb/forms...tm_campaign=en

Just a do a couple of searches, I just did a quick one and found a valid google adwords credit signup, (Spend $500 in a month and get $500 in credit) Thats a pretty crazy offer and I just signed up a new account with it.
