Can you make money with keyword rich domain?

I'm shock.
I see people here in forum that sells exact match domain research service.
I even see a WSO offer that sells a software that could search keyword rich domain.

I'm shock because I can do it easily without using a software.
I've been doing this on Elance for some clients who are looking for niche that is available in .com domain. They even have some criteria for monthly searches, google competition, etc.

Just last day. I decided to search a .com domain on the "download games niche" and I found one with 8,100 exact match searches with $0.10 CPC

Can I make money with it?

That is encouraging but to some of us we might need the software to look for a rich keyword .

Consider that download searchers are often looking for free stuff, they are harder to convert to buyers.

Console Game Reviews would bring people considering buying
Console Game Prices would bring people hot to buy and most ready to convert

Google reps have said more than than once that they are 'reviewing'' the ranking that exact match domains have been getting, it's likely their power will be diminishes in the future.
