Why google is not showing my website title which i wrote in the tile

Friends please help me ...
I own one website that is vedic-soft.com i wrote title as "Business Intelligence | Data Warehousing | Master Data Management | VEDICSOFT.com"

when i search for google as vedicsoft its showing only VEDICSOFT

can any one give me the solution.?

Your title tag should be no longer than 70 characters. Yours is too long.

Actually the recommended length is 60 characters, but clearly your title tag is in the source, and when I hover over the tab in Chrome it shows that title string. Try deleting the last element VEDICSOFT.COM and leave the rest behind. If you can't be found for that string then you have bigger problems! If it's over the recommended length I don't think it would be a problem like this.

Maybe is because Google has not cached the new title of your website, i.e you changed your title yeasterday, it will take 3 maybe 5 days to appear on Google.

the tip which you gave for vedic-soft.com title its working fine for me .

I am able to see the title which wrote on the title as Business Intelligence | Data Warehousing | Master Data Management
