I've heard from many of you guys that design is not as important as content and traffic. I partially agree but I think the design aspect really is the third leg that sets you above the rest. My market is saturated with competition and there are sites with great content and horrible design. It just gives me an image of the person behind the website... How important is design to you and how do you go about translating that to a client of yours? |

Design is important for SEO, user experience and conversion. Depending on what sort and level of design you are talking about it has different levels of influence.

The design of a site dosent really matter if you only think about search engines but the choise of design will inpact on your conversion rate.
