The best way of checking indexing is to use the site: function in Google search so that would be

site:vedicsoft.com
site:vedicsoft.co.in

in your case

as for your second domain its affected by regional considerations. You do not appear in the .com index but you are at 165 in Google UK and your number four Google.in. Pretty normal for a regional country extension. make sure you keep the regional considerations in view when you do keyword targeting as well.

Unless you have some good reason to worry about it I wouldn't even bother trying to get it indexed in Google.com. the .in address is placed in the Google India results the way it should be.

I'd be more concerned that none of the keywords targeted in title are showing you .com site in search results. You have a problem with your link building. You are not targeting anchor text.
