Guaranteed rankings
Most websites never show up on the search results pages because of some key factors. These factors and remedies are presented to show you how to quickly rank your website in 3-6 weeks on pretty much any keyword you want, depending on your budget that is.
Here’s the long and short of it, you’re not showing up in the search result pages because you have no credibility with Google. How do you get credibility? Glad you asked. Here is a list of things you should do in order to get ranked.

Back links – Back links are the clearest sign to Google that you’re website is relevant and people are talking about it. The more people that link to your website from their websites the better! However, not all links are created equal.

Look Natural – The quickest way to get sandboxed or blacklisted is by not making your link building look natural. Most people hear horror stories about getting blacklisted for creating too many back links. This didn’t happen because of the quantity but because it was obvious they were creating back links for the purpose of SEO. To look natural you need a lot of link type diversity and keyword diversity in your anchor text. Creating thousands of links is never a problem when they look natural.

IP Diversity – Creating back links from different IP Clusters is very important to making your links look natural. If you are creating links from the same IP Address chances are Google is going to catch it and you will be sandboxed. Outsourcing your link building allows you to build links using a vast variety of IP Addresses. Hiring a team on ODesk or Backlinkteam.com is the best way to get back links from a variety of IP Addresses while cutting down on costs by outsourcing.

On-Site SEO – The most important on-site optimization is making sure the anchor text on the links appear on the page they are landing on. In addition to anchor text you need to write good Meta Titles, and Meta Descriptions. The URL Structure on each page should also include the keywords you are focusing on in your anchor text.

Consistency – To account for link attrition and make your link building look more natural you need to build links month after month. If you build a thousand links one month and none the next month, you will be blacklisted.

Link barriers – Your competition is ranked on the keywords you want to be ranked on and they’re not going to budge unless you have more links indexed by Google for that specific keyword than your competition. To get ranked quickly the most important step is figure out how many links your competition has and then build more links than them. It’s the fastest and most easily predictable path to outranking your competition.

I really hope this helps you guys out as it’s been a proven model we have used on over 400 websites with consistent results. While there are a lot of theories and speculation about the right types of strategies for getting results, practical experience and results are the only indication you need to know you are on the right track.

Then there's the whole competitor arguement..

Lets say your #1 competitor has 300 backlinks which he/she aquired over 6 months. Whats stopping you from building 10,000 spammy backlinks and getting him blacklisted?

I guess nobody understood what I meant.

The OP was explaining that you have to keep your backlinking consistant, or you will be blacklisted by Google. If that was the case, you could just build an inconsistant amount of backlinks to your competitors, and with his theory that would blacklist them.

However, as others have already said, it aint that simple.

Clearly the whole "spammy links wil lget you blacklisted" is pretty much nonsense, otherwise SEO would be a simple case of doing an xrumer blast on the top 10 sites in your niche and then BAM! There all blacklisted and your #1.

Backlinking is a lot more complex than that. Your best bet from my results is to build a range of high quality backlinks from different sources in order to get the most link juice.

No, they would have you blacklisted in return. So everyone would be blacklisted except Google

SEO is a never ending story. If you stop doing it, you will stop getting ranking for sure.

Diversity is absolutely key in rankings. You can't have a 1,000 crappy links and expect to beat out your competition. That's simply not how it works, otherwise the world of SEO would be won by Xrumer.

They key though is having a solid foundation of links, ranging from low to high quality backlink with pagerank. Far too often people think its a numbers game and never focus on the quality first.
