Default What's the most cost saving way to host websites on different IPs?

Hi guy,

As i see there're 4 ways to host websites on different IPs:

1.Buy multiple shared hosting accounts,
2.VPN+ IPs
3. Dedi+ IPs,
4. Clouding server,

Which is the most cost saving way?

Thank you

hey there,

all of these things you can do. but if you are going to split i.p's the you also want to split hosting location and also nameservers etc. try to have it all under different owner name as well (you.) so vps is ok because you can buy more i.p's (up to 30 with most accounts) but they are generally all hosted in the same geagraphic area, and very close sequentially. with cloud hosting most of this time it only counts as "1" i.p. even though it is clouded so i wouldn't suggest this.

there are companies that offer seo hosting, i.e. 15 different i.p.'s in diffferent locations. i know the guys at article ranks have a service like this. but it's not cheap, like $50 a month or something.

so depending on your needs you could do a few things, if you want to only have around 3 different i.p.'s then it's probable best just to use different shared hosting accounts. if you need a bit more space and coverage than that go for a specialised "seo hosting" account that has all the domains spread out.

hope this helps

I really do not think you are going to find a cheaper alternative. $40-50/month minimum is what you are going to pay for 10-15 IP's.

The only thing that might be slightly cheaper is to find a bunch of those dirt cheap webhost companies that do hosting for anywhere from free to $2/month. You get what you pay for though, and you are probably asking for trouble.
