Bookmarking Demon Question

I bought BMD and I have been learning about it and it seems quite powerful.

I haven't yet seem the answer to this and I am hoping others that are skilled with it can help. I see that you need to create email accounts and some have suggested to use Fiverr to get 50-100 gmail accounts. How many email accounts are needed? I have a decent size pligg/PHODug list and now I have ~ 700 sites to sign up.

Maybe I've been reading too much and I'm missing the easy stuff. I'd appreciate the help.
