Default Amazon S3 cloudfront vs MaxCDN : Which to choose ?

As the title says, I am just confused with which CDN (content delivery network) should I on my wordpress blog. I have found great reviews about both the services on the web but I don't know which to choose. As you all know using CDN is the best practice to increase the speed of a website. If anyone have used any of these CDNs, kindly post your review here.

My traffic is almost from Asia and then USA so I want the CDN which have good number of servers in Asia. Moreover I found that Amazon S3 is difficult to setup, Is it so ? Also, I am not clear with the difference b/w amazon S3, cloud front and EC2. Kindly explain a bit about that too.

Eagerly waiting replies from fellow warriors.

I would also like to see responses to this question. I am looking to speed up my wordpress sites, but I have like 10 of them, and most of the CDN's I've checked out support 1 WP or 3-5. I am looking for a good CDN that allows me to back up multiple wordpress sites, and something easy to set up of course. Any advice would be geat, thanks!

I use Amazon S3, with this Firefox plugin S3Fox Organizer(S3Fox)

Makes everything very easy to use.

They charged me around $1 for usage over the last 2 months, doubt they can be beaten on price.

Is there any plugin in wordpress which will do the work simpler for using Amazon S3 ?

Moreover, which is more affordable : S3 or MaxCDN ?

But it further confused me. On the plugin page, it is written :

'Amazon S3 is a cheap and cost effective way to scale your site to easily handle large spikes in traffic (such as from Digg) without having to go through the expense of setting up the infrastructure for a content delivery network.'
Do this mean that Amazon S3 is not a CDN ?
Moreover what is cloudfront then ?

I'm using Amazon Cloudfront for delivery of streaming video globally. I have some experience in how this is performing. Although it has performed well in general, there are times when the server experiences a few seconds of delay. Even with real time streaming, it's wise to give a 5 second buffer.

This is a much better choice than simply using Amazon S3 for your video delivery.

Amazon now also offers a premium service for streaming video delivery. I haven't tried this yet however.

I use Amazon S3 and love it. They have updated their interface, and made it much simpler to use since they first introduced it. You dont even need a FireFox plugin anymore. Just create an account, log in, and their new javascript panel will let you upload, download and edit your files till your hearts content.

I'm using MaxCDN for my WP sites and video/audio streaming. Installation was very simple using W3 Total cachefor my blog and the videos, well, I just drop them via FTP and log on to maxcdn's control panel to get my rstp codes.

So far no complaints from me
