I tried to close my account because I couldn't log in as it suggested but i haven't had any response other than the automated email they send out. Qoute - If you aren't able to sign in to your AdSense account or change the email address associated with your account, we can close your existing account and open a new account with the application you recently submitted. Any account settings, reports, or earnings less than $10 (or local equivalent) from your closed account will not be paid out or transferred to your new account, according to the AdSense Terms and Conditions I emailed them again and still no response. I have followed the correct procedure but gets me nowhere. It has been almost 3 weeks I have been trying to sort this out. Does anyone have any tips on what I can do? Regards Rob.M |

@Rob Lasy year some time I wanted to move my Adsense account to another gmail address because I originally opened the account using my secondary gmail account. I deleted my secondary gmail account that was associated with my Adsense a/c (big mistake) and filled out the necessary forms to get my original account moved over to my primary email address. I filled out the exact same form as you did! I received a response after about a week telling me that they cannot approve my account because my details matches the other account that was opened. Well, of course it did! Anyway, I filled out the form once more and I replied to that email explaining why the details match and all I wanted was for my account to be moved over to the new email address. I didn't get any response from that plea! Anyway, I thought I had lost my Adsense account for good because I had already deleted my secondary gmail account and I didn't have access to the Adsense interface because of that. My last resort was to post on the Adsense forum which was after about 2 weeks of waiting. I posted an accurate and detailed explanation of my experience. A Google employee was then alerted by one of the top contributors (Peggy K), and my account was then moved over to my new email address in less than 24 hours. It was a relief to say the least. My advice is to do what I did, and post your experience on the Adsense forum. Cheers, Ashley |
