SEO PartnerShip with e-shop <<NEED ADVICE FROM A REAL SEO MASTER>>

Hi
I am doing seo for more then one and half years. But i just leaved my company where i use to work start searching for online seo jobs through different web sites. And i also got some projects and i am doing them.
But yesterday i just received a message from a person though an free lancing website that he want me to do seo for his new eshop and the profit would be 50/50. He also said that he will give me admin access of the website.
So i need some serious advise from A SEO BULL. What should i do.
It is big e-shop deal with spiritual and traditional Jewish goods.
So tell me what should i do. Should i accept his offer or just leave it.
Waiting for Almost everybody's opinion.

Yeah I agree, those 50/50 splits are rarely in the favor of the SEO. Basically you do all the work, spend your time and money, and you only see profit if the site ranks.

You're taking all the risk.

I'd say have him at least cover your costs, or don't do it.
