Default Visitor specific 301 redirect

Ok, I'm sure this has been asked before, but I haven't been able to find an answer anywhere.

I've had some sites that had great Google traffic de-indexed in the past couple months. I know the typical thing that most will do is build a new site on a new domain and redirect to the new site.

Only thing is, I'm pretty happy with the searches I get from Bing/Yahoo and some other misc. searches. Is it possible in the .htaccess file to evaluate what search engine the visitor has come from and then ONLY redirect traffic that has come from Google searches? That way I'd still keep the visitors that have come from Bing search.

And would this be considered black-hat or some kind of Google violation?

Thanks for any answers or suggestions.
