Adsense/Adwords-How Do I Get Back On?

I made the mistake a couple of years back when I started IM and got kicked... Been hanging in there on Affiliate sites, etc, but I know what kind of jump start Adwords can be, if kept simple and done right.

My thoughts are to float a DBA (Doing Business As), get a tax ID, open a new bank account in that name and try to restart my account from a different IP and computer altogether.

Any thoughts?

You might want to wait about six months. I signed up after six months with the same address with no problem.
