No ads being shown

i just got accepted into adsense, so i tried to put ads but they wont show.. do i have to wait for sometime?? or is there a problem i should be concerned about??

Is there a block there with community type notices? If it is, give it time.

Or is it completely blank and nothing is there? If this is the case, check the source code to see if the javascript is there. If it is, turn off your antivirus. Some block javascript. For me ... Laptop with Kaspersky - no ads. Desktop with eset nod32 .. ads. I had a look at my adsense stats for ads served and compared it to my google analtyics data. Interesting to see that about 30% (from memory) of visitors did not see ads.

One quick thing .. make sure you have not turned on the "only show ads on these sites feature". If you have not added your own site to this list on your adsense dashboard, then you may be blocking your ads (feature is used to block your ad being used on an authorised site).
